CORE MATERIALS
EUROSPAN® E1 P2 raw chipboard and MDF fibreboard are the standard materials that meet all the essential requirements for use in dry environments. Additional core materials, EUROSPAN® E1 P3, EUROSPAN® E1 P5, EUROSPAN® Flammex B E1 P2, OSB COMBILINE and EUROLIGHT® Lightweight boards, are also available.

EURODEKOR® MELAMINE FACED BOARDS
EURODEKOR® Melamine faced boards are suitable for interior applications and meet the requirements of the EN 14322 standard. With our comprehensive design programme, our products are an important resource for the furniture and interior design industries.

EURODEKOR® THIN MFC
Our EURODEKOR® Thin chipboards offer an innovative combination of design and functionality. Featuring important surface properties such as a high level of scratch resistance as well as resistance to abrasion and chemicals, they are ideal for applications in the door industry.

LAMINATES
Decorative EGGER Laminates harmonise durability and an attractive design. They have a multi-layer composition and consist of melamine resin impregnated decorative paper as well as kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resins and a special backing or anti-adhesive paper. These components are pressed under high pressure and heat.

LAMINATE BONDED BOARDS
The special feature of laminate bonded boards is that all laminate decors can be combined with every available core material to provide unlimited design flexibility.

COMPACT LAMINATES
EGGER Compact laminate has a multilayer structure consisting of melamine resin impregnated decorative papers and several core layers impregnated with phenolic resin. Due to their durable surface and being low maintenance, the boards are mainly used for classic interior applications such as tables, work surfaces and wall cladding.

MELAMINE EDGING
Melamine edging is used to provide the finishing touch to all types of decorative lamination. With a multilayer structure and a thickness of 0.3 mm, they are available to match our decors in both colour and texture and can be supplied with or without a hot-melt adhesive coating.

ABS EDGING
Thermoplastic ABS edging products are used to provide a hardwearing decorative finish on all wood-based materials. They are available in decors to match the entire EGGER range in terms of colour, grain, surface texture and gloss level.

THIN CHIPBOARD SUPPORT EDGING
Thin chipboard support edging provides support for the outer layers of lightweight boards along the edge, upon which decorative edging is applied. This assures smooth, problem-free machine processing.

EUROLIGHT® DECOR
EUROLIGHT® Decor consists of a surface layer of melamine faced boards, as well as a light and in composite high-strength core layer made of a hexagonal cardboard honeycomb. Melamine and ABS edging as well as laminate are also available in matching decors.

EUROLIGHT® WORKTOPS
EUROLIGHT® Worktops combine functionality with low weight. They have all the quality characteristics of a conventional worktop and can be used as a contemporary showpiece within the kitchen. As well as matching edging EGGER also offers a comprehensive selection of accessories: From the EUROLIGHT® T-profile and the EUROLIGHT® Worktop connectors to the EUROLIGHT® Sink installation adapter.

EUROSPAN® WORKTOPS
In our post-forming programme, we offer EUROSPAN® Worktops suitable for all applications that demand high surface quality and durability. We supply the traditional solid chipboard worktops up to a thickness of 38 mm in various profiles, lengths and widths.

FRONT ELEMENTS
Front elements are flat fronted postformed panels, which offer a contemporary alternative to other types of door, such as PVC wrapped. High quality and functionality provides the basis for a range of applications in creative furniture construction and interior design.

WINDOW SILLS
EGGER Window sills span any window without joints and represent the ideal solution for new construction projects and refurbishments. They are practical, durable and available in two attractive decor selections as well as two models.

ACOUSTIC BOARDS
EGGER Acoustic boards feature very small micro-perforations which make it difficult to see the holes, whilst performing their acoustic and aesthetic function. The boards feature a multilayer structure and consist of a chipboard or honeycomb coreboard laminated with EGGER Laminate on one or both sides.

FURNITURE COMPONENTS
EGGER has invested in production facilities to be able to offer you high-quality components made from all our core materials. Components are used in kitchens, bathrooms, offices and in occasional furniture.

THIN MDF LACQUERED
Thin MDF boards (2.5 – 6 mm) with a decorative water based lacquered finish are widely used in the furniture industry, especially for back panels, and are colour matched to the EURODEKOR® range.
